Exchanges

If you receive any of our items and you find the product does not fit, or for any other reason we are more than happy to exchange your item for a different size, colour or product.

Please note, however, exchange items have a longer turn around time than the initial product delivery time of 4 weeks for custom made orders – this includes all bridles, breastplates and girths. PLEASE ensure you measure your current tack and compare with the measurement charts we have provided on each of the products to avoid disappointment.

Your exchanged items are also not ordered until we have received the original items back from you.

You will also be expected to pay for additional postage charges for the re-delivery of your exchanged sizes.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your items.

Refunds

We love what we sell, and we know you will too – however we are also more than happy to refund orders if needed.

Refunds are not available on any custom made products, under no circumstances. This includes EA Mattes and Perri’s Leather products. Even if your order is taking longer than expected we cannot foresee delays and all ETA’s should be used as a guide only. 

Please keep in mind;
– We will refund you 10% less of your total order cost to cover admin and restocking costs – this includes orders that are cancelled pre delivery. If you have paid via Afterpay it will be 16%  less due to transaction charges we cannot get refunded by Afterpay.
– We do not refund postage costs for items that have been delivered.
– Refunds are only accepted for items that are still in the condition you received them in and have not been used.
– Refunds are processed once we have received the items back (please keep your tracking)

Refunds must be made within 14 days of placing your order.
